You might want to try http//www.iq-board.de that is where the red photo's originate from you may be able to find a link back to a supplier .. Maybe you know someone who can speak German that would help dramatically. BTW the German eBay site eBay.de has lots and lots of iQ spares worth a look i did look through all 64 pages but they are not there

Those are sweet! Hard to tell but they look like an overlay type application. I'll be looking forward to seeing if you find them. (read as you do the work and I'll sit back and wait.)
