Well iQ3 been here almost 2 weeks now & Im finding it FAB! makes me smile everytime I get in, ended up with the iQ3, pearl white, red leather (looks awesome too) as it was a car that was already pre built, available and in the country but alas it has no sat nav but @ £13000 OTR I thought a bargain!

Been following the main unit on e-bay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300761485649?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

but loathed to buy then source att the extra bits I will need, went into see Mr T and was quoted 3k for aftermarket fit by them!! but really would like to go down the route (no pun intended) of a proper Toyota unit

I have a tomtom and have considered this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280968611573

as a really budget solution, has anyone tried / used one??

On a side note found one of my old cars listed on eBay too

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1960-Austin-Healey-Frogeye-Sprite-948cc-/360470520181?forcev4exp=true

I likes 'quirky' you see...

Hi Rob

Firstly the satnav you linked to is a TNS 350. All cars in the uk have a TNS 510. Except mine and marcandsebe who have the TNS 350 we changed them to have speed camera alerts which the 510 doesnt have. The guy selling one on eBay is the guy marc and i bougjt ours from. You wouls need the top casing to house the unit £88 2x brackets £15 cabs a cable converter harness approx £60. A lot less than £3k. Depending where you live i could fit it for you

Looks very nice Rob, what are the two black buttons on the back seats?

I think some mats with red edging would look good ;)
