Access To The In-Dash Relays

Good afternoon all. I am looking for a way to get workable access to the relays that are located to the right of the steering wheel (RHD) in the dash without having to remove most of the dash. If you're unsure where I mean then with the ignition on switch your rear fogs on and you'll hear the click of the relay in the dash. I am guessing that any Toyota technician will know this...
