I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla 1.4 d4d e12 and just love it. It has the automatic a/c controls. When the a/c is on and the temperature is not on high cold but on 20 or 22 there seems to be a strange noise coming from the dash. It sounds like a gear opening and closing something, maybe regulating cold and warm air. I'm not sure if that what it is but is there anyway of quieting this noise? Maybe lubricating it or something. I don't know if anyone else has had the same problem but any suggestions on how to fix this are welcome.
