2011 Land Cruiser Pick Up Brake System Bleed & Handbrake Adjustmen

Hello All. I was wondering if someone could help me with bleeding my braking system. At the moment after changing the rear shoes and front pads i can't seem to get a good pedal at all... Also how do i adjust the handbrake on this system, at the lever itself or is there another position to adjust. Any help would be appreciated.
