Rear Bumper Changes

I need to replace the rear bumper on our 2006 3 door Aygo\. and have a few questions. The part number on the existing bumper is 52150-0H010. Is the rear bumper the same on 3 and 5 door models? Can the rear bumper from the later (after 2009) models be fitted to the earlier cars? (part number for post 2009 models seems to be 52159-0H901) Any tips on removal and fitting most welcome.
