Alarm Doesn't Turn Off

Hi,

Sometimes my Avensis 2004 alarm doesn't turn off and doesn't unlock doors (genuine Toyota's alarm system). If I open car using key the alarm starts. So in this case I'm driving with beeping alarm to home, then after leaving for about ~10 minutes it's magically starts to lock / unlock alarm and doors again.

I've noticed that it's happening when outside is temperature below zero, maybe it freezes some part of alarm system? But it causes only unlocking because when I press "activate" button, it's trying to lock car and "disable" button is not reacting at all.

Tried with two keys, same problem.

Any clues?
