Can anyone advise how to remove the drivers door panel on a 2006 plate Yaris four door T Spirit please

Register here http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2305 and it will be there in pictures.

The only difference is not to remove the door handle assembly but remove the two cable ends once the panel can be moved sufficiently for access. Make a note of where each cable attaches.
