I think its a Fourtrac. Very under rated and capable vehicle. Stopped selling them due to exchange rates in this country.

Unless the vehicle has been modified for deep water, i.e. snorkel for the intake and possibly some exhaust mods, etc., I'd be concerned about taking it through water that I wouldn't be able to easily wade through.

Another issue with flood water is that it's usually filthy, you have absolutely no idea what's under it. You could drive into an open manhole or into a ditch or over a bit of collapsed road. It's more difficult than some people think to get out of a vehicle that's even partially submerged.

Good points, Phil. But even ignoring the major risks that you have mentioned, there are all sorts of grit & debris floating around in flood water and getting all that shoite into calipers, around wheel bearings & various gaiters is just asking for trouble. Pebbles can get trapped between dust shields & discs or, worse, between pads & discs & do all sorts of damage.
