Hello! My NCP10 as 132000 km's on the clock. The car as bean service with 10W40 Castrol Magnatec. Can I change for a 05W30? If so what brand (oil) do you recomend?

0w-30 should be OK. It's what Toyta specify and use now iirc. I use either Toyota's own - you should get a discount if you buy a filter there as well....

or I have used Castrol Magnatec fully synthetic, semi synthetic and Comma semi with no problems..

Basically whatever reputable brand meets the spec and is cheap at the time.. :-)
