Avensis Satnav Display Has Stopped Illuminating And Vocal Guidance Is

On my 2005 55 plate Avensis, the Satnav has stopped illuminating, which makes it impossible to see whilst driving in the dark. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Vocal guidance is, in fact, working ok. Just not illuminated display, meaning can't read it at night.

the small bulb behind the lcd has blow the filement.

it's not an easy fix but it can be done are u could just buy a new lcd are head down the breakers yard.

i have just done a fix on mine i could post some pic if it is any help
