Having A Problem With Door Panel

Having a Problem with Door panel in my Car , when i close the door the inside panel is catching in door rim of main car the rubber seal going round the car is a bit frayyed, and its coming away from the Door , as i open the Door, thus a few of my clips are missing, i tried putting new clips in but they also kept coming out,

I did try a raw plug with a screw type that seems to be holding for the minute

any clues
