91 Corolla, Max Mph In Each Gear?

I have a 91 Corolla (AE92) automatic without a tachometer. I'm wondering what the max mph is that I can hit in 1st and 2nd gear and when the rev limiter kicks in for the auto (before or after redline?). I've accidentally bounced off the rev limiter in 2nd gear somewhere over 70mph (not sure of the exact mph because I freak out and let off the gas), but I've never gone over 30mph in 1st gear.

I notice my times improve a bit if I hold 2nd gear until 70 because the trans usually decides to shift around 45 even at WOT, so I want to try shifting 1->2 myself instead of only 2->3.
