5Th Gear Replacement, Who ?

If it aint one Rav its the other :( the low mileage Rav4.2 popped out of 5th gear on the motorway the other day, it now wont stay in. I have seen that the 5th gear can be changed from the front wheel well without the need to take the box out.

Can anybody recommend anywhere to do this job for me ? i live in the midlands (leicestershire) but dont mind travelling a bit for the right garage/person. I would also happily pay a member do the work aslong as they know what they are doing ? i dont have the skills to attempt this myself.

any input welcomed :)
