Swapping 05 Radio/cd Headunit For Newer Mp3 Type?

Has anyone done this, I have a 05 Avensis Strata and it has the Radio with the CD/Tape deck in it

If I am able to get my hands on the newer Headunit (MP3) from the facelift T25, will it fit in without any modifications?

the answer is yes, it will fit with no modifications.
