Requesting Suggestions On Accessorizing - ’97 Toy. Corolla

I'm soliciting input on how I can accessorize a 1997 Toyota Corolla. The car is the basic model and the color is dark blue. I will be giving it to my niece, who is a college student. I'm not trying to trick it out, just trying to upgrade it a little and maybe make it look slightly sporty and/or modern. I would appreciate input and suggestions on the following:

1. Tinted windows

2. Headlights

3. Wheels

4. Driver seat cover - sheepskin or other material.

5. Steering wheel cover

I'd be interested in knowing from the experienced people on this site if you have strong preferences on where to purchase the above mentioned items. Thank you for any input you may have.
