Karl Kirchenbaum 0
Good morning all,I recently purchased a new 2012 Prius C Three and I don't like the factory tires. They are the Bridgestone Turanzas and they just aren't very good. I would like to get new tires, but the best ones in the factory size seem to be the Bridgestone Ecopia EP422's, but I would rather have Michelin Defenders. But to do that I would have to change from a 175/65/15 to 185/65/15.The Defenders are one pound heavier and .5 inches wider in diameter.Does anyone know what kind of difference that would make to fuel economy? Speedo readings? or anything else?Is there another tire that I should be looking at? What are your opinions?Thank you for any help you might be able to give.
johalareewi 271
Isn't the Prius C a USA model?Wasn't aware you could buy them in the UK.Also, have a look on Prius Chat - there is a dedicated Prius C section.http://priuschat.com/categories/toyota-prius-c-forums.115/
