Sat Nav!

I've just purchased the Toyota Auris Icon 2013 with the 'touch and go' touch screen centre board.. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to install the 'Sat Nav' on it as it says not installed when I click the 'MapNav' button.

Hi

I'm sure you're enjoying the new Auris, they look really great :)

Your car only has Toyota Touch fitted as standard. For the MapNav button to show you anything other than 'Not Installed' you need to have Touch and Go. Its not something you can update yourself, only the dealer can do it.

The Toyota Sat Nav is a £ 650 option on the Auris Icon :)

I have found the sat nav on my Auris Hybrid tourer very unreliable. I would opt not to have it as an option if possible and buy a reliable unit from TOM TOM or GARMIN and also save hundreds of pounds

Bit late in the day as the thread is over two years old.
