'98 Caldina - Strange Controls :)

Morning :) I have just bought a used 1998 Caldina as a family 'carry all' Of course all the user manuals for the car and the radio/cd player have been lost. :( I have been able to figger most - but a panel above the centre air vents has me bluffed. Buttons and controls are labelled in Japanese and are a mystery. Anyway - here is a photo of it - can anyone enlighten me please ?? Thanks TT
