Trouble With Tns700

Hi, I've a TNS 700 installed in origin in my car, an avensis 2008.

I've a big problem with it. the GPS does'nt fonction. It said that the disc is not installed but it is in the radio.

So, I take contact with my local dealer, he deposit the radio for repair, and send it to toyota belgiump to see what was the problem.

The cost to repair was nearly 500 €. so I decided to not repair and by a tomtom.

The radio came back to the dealer and they re installed it in my car. So, now the radio does'nt work to.

I've a message that say that the program does'nt run and invite me to contact my dealer.

When I came to ask to repair, the radio was functionnal, only the GPS was down.

What do you think i must do now?
