AVENSIS 2.0 petrol BRAKE PADS 2003-2009.

Need brake pads but need advice as to the best ones and make available

Thanks . Someone mentioned "green stuff" pads on a post before and not sure if they are better , I fitted TOYOTA genuine pads and they seem to be atrocious , very little stopping power .

I used Ferodo Premier - but I also changed the discs (MTEC).

The combo gave better feel & bite.

I have Mintex in at the moment. If I remember correctly cost me about £40/50 for front & rear.

Mintex , ok , thanks , will price them this week , hopefully handbrake pads are ok , don't really fancy doing them also , tricky job .

just ring them and give them your reg and they should be able to confirm.

Do you not have any local motor factors near you. they should be able to supply mintex its a big name.

then again £25 delivered is a good price.
