http://www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/ is the only fully legal one afaik.

There is a site that sells "backups" cheaper but legally you have to have the original disc as well to comply with the law.

I have an E13 disc available for sale if you are interested - not the latest but a lot newer than the E10 that probably came with your car originally.
