White Dust In Air Cond Vent

Hi,

My 2009 Auris has a problem when the AC is switched on. There is a plume of white dust which comes out of all air vents and straight onto your face and dashboard. It looks quite messy and happens every other day when the AC is switched on. The dust only appears for the first 1-2 seconds and then functions correctly. I have tried one of those air conditioning sprays which you leave running in the car for 10mins to clean and it worked, but the problem came back after a few days. Does anyone know what could be the problem here?

Any help is much appreciated.
