Emissions, Air Box And Bearing

With the help of the Club Forums I have resolved 2 of the 3 issues i have had recently with my 2006 D4D Verso, Blocked EGR resolved the MOT emissions failure issue, some sticky sponge tape on the air pipe going into the air filter box solved the terrible rasping noise at 1200 rpm and letting off the throttle.

The third issue is a droning noise at 40mph which comes back at higher speeds 50 mph plus and is more noticeable when turning left on slow sweeping sliproads. I suspect a front ns wheel bearing but the mot garage did not detect any wear up on the ramps.

Anybody out there got any ideas, ? I did notice a similar post of this droning / wheel bearing noise on the other forums Rav / Avensis. Cheers
