Both have a PCD of 4x100 & a Centre Bore of 54.1

I'm sorry, this means nothing to me but do I presume the Yaris Spacesaver will fit the iQ?

The wheel stud spacing is the same and probably the wheel/tyres does fit,

someone that has tried one on an iQ will have to comment.

She does not have the "iQ" anymore, I have removed first the "i" than later the "Q"... and the car is not called "LadyGaGa" anymore.... it's now called "Carsu Dönmez" a Dutch/Turkish singer... she is very famous here...
