Hi can anyone tell me if the front calipers on the gen7 are the same size on the 140 and 190 bhp

Only on the face lift. The pre face lift 140 has the smaller 255mm discs.

Thanks... I know it might sound stupid but what year did they do the face lift. I haven't had

an opportunity to compare my gen7 to another side by side. I have only owned it a few weeks

so I'm still finding my way around it yet

The Autumn of 2002, John. The vast majority of 52 plate cars are the face lifted model with the 275mm front discs on the 140.
