Hello,

I joined the forum last month, but didn't say hello here, so........hello!

I've never owned a Toyota before but have a new Auris Hybrid on order through my work's lease scheme. I hope to have it before too long now - it's been on order for about a month now and the local dealership told me it's a max of 7 weeks they quote private customers.

Currently driving a diesel Qashqai 4wd which has been a great car, but need the extra mpg the Auris offers. Also looking forward to the silky smooth, relaxing drive (have driven both a gen 3 prius and gen 1 auris hsd before and loved both).

I'm considering putting myself forward as a club moderator once I've served my time - I like to think I have plenty to offer in terms of car cleaning experience and knowledge gained over the last few years in particular.

That'll do for now - looking forward to joining 'Mr T' as soon as I can!
