How To Remove Fuse Cover? Auris 2007 - Left Hand Steering

The cigarette lighter fuse is broken. In the manual it says it's below the steering wheel, but I can't manage to remove the cover.

Can you help me? :)

The cover is not on the picture you posted. Did you find the correct cover? It's behind those panels.

In order to see it you will have to lay down on your back, face up, and look near the bonnet open handle (straight up). There is grey cover with white sticker, and pictures of every fuse on it. Then just squeeze and pull the cover.
