Fitted a band expander to a friends' car, disconnected the radio, now it comes up with "please insert correct map disc" on the screen and I can't get rid of it. Radio still works, can tune into stations, you just don't know what station it it etc. Where can I get a copy of the disc, or download it, without having to install some suspicious file sharing-type software etc?

Did you get this fixed? I have almost the same issue...actually worse because I have no radio/CD player either.
