I bought a Halfords one. Trim to size type. Its really thick but very flexible - so flexible that I didn't bother to cut it to size and just let it settle into place. The rubber smell was worse than a Berlin bondage dungeon for quite a while though so I had to stick one of those Neutradol air freshener thingiebobs in the boot with it.

Just had a thought. The Halfords one is more of a mat than a tray. You know? It doesn't have raised sides sort of thing. Dunno if that's important to you.

My big fat rubber one has been awesome. I've had 180kgs of very muddy logs in there, a moped (yes, really) leaking petrol onto it, all sorts really. Does a top job.

Doesn't smell of rubber any more, which is a shame........ahem.

Hi,

I just bought one from Boot Buddy for my 2011 TR estate - a bit pricey but fitted straight out of the box - and doesn't smell. Have a look at their website.

Impressed, and a little jealous.
