Think Autoevolution are incorrect re a joint venture between Toyota and GM.

Auto Express had a report dating back to November 2012, that the Toyota/PSA joint venture would continue with the new Aygo/Peugeot 108/Citroen C1 - http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/peugeot/108/61511/new-peugeot-108-be-built-toyota

It is also rumoured that Peugeot may slot a new 135bhp engine it is working with BMW on, into the 108 as a sporting version.
