Being a hydraulic clutch it has to be generated from the actual clutch. I take it that it's major vibration not just the idling or engine vibrations. To have a clutch do that would suggest that something is misaligned or that something has shattered in the assembly. Either way not good. Your bearing could have failed but until you get it apart you couldn't be certain.
