LED Daytime Running Lights

How can I remove the ignition of the 2 LED bars on my Aygo connect parauti of 2013

which wire I need to remove the main switch of the external lights

Do you wish to disconnect the daytime running lights (ie stop them working)?

i want to disconnect the 2 groups led by a switch on the bumper and turn them independently. day night .... always ..

AFAIK not possible: LEDs are driven bij de computer, feeding them directly can destroy them.

And even if you can do this: it's illegal...

The LED DRL's, according to EU Rules, must extinguish or dim when the Headlights are on dip.

Be careful out there!

Using them dimmed as position-lights is only allowed if there's an E-approval on them for that function too.

On top of that the positioning for these functions overlap, but the DRL may be positioned lower than

positionlights. about a 4" difference and I'm not sure if the stock Aygo DRL are up high enough.
