4.2 Wiring Diagram?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can download a full wiring diagram for a 4.2? In case there are multiple variants, the car I need it for is as below:

Model: RAV4
Engine: 1AZ-FE MANUAL PETROL
Year: 2000 (MK2 released in UK in 2000 but in the USA in 2001)

If there is no full wiring diagram then what I really need to see is diagrams of wiring related to the ECU and engine sensors such as Air Mass, Throttle Body, power connections, igntion, coils etc.
