Carina E Engine Swap 7Afe Engine Starts But Only Runs For 10Secs Then

just swapped out the engine and gearbox , from 1.6 4afe auto to 1.8 7afe manual . changed ecu to 7afe and wiring loom engine starts but will only run for 10 secs then switch off reving it makes no diffrence it still dies, the fault codes i am getting are code 99 what does this mean , have i missed an important bit to swap over . engine sounds fine but dies.

Ok im getting there now its to do with codes being swaped from the ecu to the immobiliser anythink abouth 500rpm it will send a code but because iv swaped the ecu the code will be inncorect so some wiring to be done .

code 99 is immobiliser fault.
