Speedo Showing Wrong Units

Hi all,

I was altering my clock to get the correct time. When I'd finished I saw that the speedo reading was in Km/Hour instead of Miles/Hour. I don't know what I did to cause this to change but I can't figure out how to change it back to Miles/Hour. I've read the manual and can't find anything in there.

Does anybody please know how to change it back?
