Need Help With Picking Mods

hello guys/gals im david im new to this club i live in canada and i would love to get your opinion on what parts i should go with for my mr2 as there is not very much people that will tell me or know about these cars this is my 3rd jdm car but my first mr2 i was big in to the skylines... but never again so lets get to the point. a bit about the car.

its 1990 with 3sgte i imported it from japan just got it 2 weeks ago it has 100000kms on it all stock when i got it

parts on it so far are hks bov ,apexi intake ,hks bc ,3' dp with a berks exhaust.stage 3 exedy clutch

so i want to make more power im down to earth with no hopes of 6 700 hp i would like around 400hp mark and thats good with me.

so if i can get your opinion on a few things i would be great full

1.) what turbo upgrade should i go with

2.) has anyone used the apexi fc power commander or what tune/tuner did you find that it worked great

3.) IC should i use air to water or the other upgraded air cooled ones

4.)fuel pump injectors side feed or top

please add anything else i will need to hit my goal thanks for your time and your help...
