Will it make any difference in performance by changing the manifold from 190 on to a 140?

It's not a straight swap, you need some sort of adapter plate to make it fit.

As for gains I can't see you getting much, but to get the most from it you would need an aftermarket ECU as the stock ECU could be funny about the extra air flow.

If you go to the USA site newcelica.org you will find out more about it. Where to get adapter plate from and they'll probably tell you what gains could be expected.
