Urgen Help Identifying Tick/knocking

Morning guys and girls got a very strange ticking noise. I think I may be cause my leaking exhaust mani but can't be to sure just hoping it not lifter or cam related.

Have a listen below send me your thoughts.

Cold start but when hot it tick the same on overrun or light power.

It was exhaust manifold !!! Few stress over

Pleased that you managed to sort it out yourself

After watching your many posted short videos it could have been many things........But only you would be able to tell for certain!

It is always a little difficult to diagnose problems from videos......Hence maybe why you did not get any answers

Cheer matey yer I'm just so happy it's not a major issue I had so many scary story of knocking and ticking noises. But thank god it was just loose manifold nut. Car feels good again!

As you say the noise could be anything.
