Rattle

For the last few weeks I have been trying to track down a rattle, it only occurred when the passenger seat was being used, I think I have found that it is the receptacle\socket thingy that the buckle of the seat belt goes into.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so did you find a solution as it is beginning to drive me crackers?

Not that I have noticed.. but I do have my music up loud..

Could it be inside the socket thing ?

Or, is the socket thing knocking against the centre console ?

I will listen out when next in the car (and have a passenger... ) and report back.

Gust it goes without saying it there shoudn`t be any rattles especially from something potentialy involving safety so get back it to the dealer and let them sort it under warranty ;)

The seat belt used to drive me nuts in my red RAV. It only did it with the wife in the car so it was obviously her fault. I just put a cloth between the anchor and the seat then forbid her from moving.
