I will be taking delivery of my Auris Excel in Tyrol Silver on Monday, it's a company car and the company I work for has gone for hybrids on different grades, Icon, Excel, Lexus CT200h and the Lexus 300h for managers.

I'm coming from a Golf 1.6 TDi Bluemotion which I had to give up today, I did have a tear in my eye lol.

I am looking forward to the Auris as my Golf didn't have all the gadgets, just connecting my phone by bluetooth is a step up for me.

I will be doing a lot of miles and over the next few months and am looking forward to it.

I would like to contribute to this forum and will let you know how I find the car, good and bad.

Well, she arrived today and I must say, so far, I'm very impressed. Very smooth, very quiet, very nippy. Love the gadgets and am spending the night going through the manual, what a nerd lol!!!
