Has anyone tried to fit Prius 20 16" wheels on Avensis T25? My previous car was Prius and I really like it's lightweight wheels. Almost the same parameters:

Prius 20 - 6x16 ET45 5x100 54.1

Avensis T25 - 6.5x16 ET45 5x100 54.1

Is 6 instead of 6.5 is critical (e.g. break support size)?

Yes they should fit. The 6j part of the wheel is the width so it is half an inch narrower
