Avensis 03 - After Market Cd Change Fitting

Recently picked up my 03 t-sprit and think that the car is superb. I don't want to got for the Toyota changer so after hunting around the net I've order a SONY MP3 changer and an adapeter to fit it to the factory fit head unit ;

My question is; what the easiest way to get to the back of the factory stereo to fit the adapter in.

I'm planning on locating the changer unit under the drivers seat with access from the rear.

me too, how can i attach an mp3 player to my 2002 unit and where could i get an mp3 player that i can fit in the boot?
