Spare Wheel Bag

Hi all i have a 2007 rav just purchased a spare wheel/tyre and a wheel bag it has velcro which stop's it sliding on boot floor. Has anyone any idea as to how i can secure it god forbid in the event of an accident Joe.

I had one of those bags.. It had a velcro like material on the bottom which was supposed to grip the carpet which it did.... But in the event of heavy braking nothing short of a mechanical fixing like maybe a steel bracket is going to stop a wheel that size and weight from moving..

In my car I laid the wheel flat and to the left side of the boot floor.. Up against the back seats.. I don't think it could move as it had no chance to gather momentum... Never had a problem......................

Just use bungee spider cords over wheel and secure to the 'D' brackets. The four leg ones are best.
