Loose Coolant On Overflow Pipe

I have 08 Avensis D4D and i loose coolant on overflow pipe.I change the water pump but still loose coolant.on this pipe.Where is the problem?Thank's

Is it loosing much coolant? How many miles does the car have and what is the service history like? Hate to say it, it sounds like the dreaded AD head gasket problem. Is it a 2.0 or 2.2?

Car 2008Avensis D4D 2.0 has 106650 miles and service every 10k miles change oil,oil filter and air filter plus i change the EGR valve last year and water pump last week.

^^^this very much so. if it has get it to a dealer to run the tests for headgasket issues

I agree it does sound like the head gasket has blown...
