T22 Avensis Navigation?

I own 2001 D4D avensis estate. It has exactly the same trip computer/radio like in this picture: http://img1.jpegbay.com/gallery/001951430/1_f.jpg. There are buttoms like "guidance" "reroute" and "navi", but they don't do anything. Does this mean that my car has satnav, I just don't know about it and it is not properly connected to a car? And how can navigation "work" on such a small display?

even if your car has satnav the data would be hopelessly out of date. Better/cheaper to buy a new Garmin/Tom Tom etc.

what spec is your avensis eg; S, GS, SE, VERMONT, SR, CDX OR GLS ?

not all of them came with sat nav, if it does it will have a disc drive in the boot of the car,like scott mentioned your better off to buy a tomtom or something similar.
