P1252 Fault Code

I have a 2007 Toyota Landcruiser with a D-4d engine which keeps losing power
with the Fault Code of P1252 appearing on the diagnostic equipment. I have done some research but am struggling
to find out what this fault code means, the closest I can find is an issue with
the throttle pedal. I have tried
changing the throttle pedal for one we know is not faulty but the same issue
keeps appearing, can anyone offer any assistance to what may be causing the
issue?
