Hi there,

I've just become the owner of a 60 plate ex-lease Avensis estate with just over 100k on the clock. I think I've done my homework in getting this car. I was driving a 406 until an octogenarian decided to play bumper cars with me. In the meantime insurance and work have supplied me with Volvos and Passats - wouldn't buy either - and while the 406 was excellent subsequent models are design disasters.

So here are my reasons for buying the Avensis:

Design - uncluttered layout and excellent boot

Bang for your buck - Touch screen Sat Nav and bluetooth are spot on

Toyota reputation for reliability

Lower insurance group and road tax band than many other similar cars

Welcome - hope it provides you with more years of trouble-free motoring. High mileage isn't as important as how it's been looked after :)
