Hello all . I have a 2004 d4d avensis 126thousand miles

I have a problem .every time I let up the cluch there is a clunk noise

If anyone has any idea what this is I would greatly appreciate it

Also the cluch is perfect and I am fairly sure the flywheel is ok its not knocking
