Strange Feeling When Braking

When coming to a halt and braking at low speed there is an odd feeling through the car as if though the brake is gripping and then momentarily loosening. Warped disc?

Could be crazing on the brake pads or a build up of brake dust.

Can you hose down the wheels to flush the dust away. Then carefully test them to see if the symptoms subside.

If no difference then book it in with Mr T.

Another way to get rid of brake dust is to do a quick stop from fast to slow i.e. off a motorway slip road.
